about.
Keziah is a visual artist; studying Fine Art at the Cambridge school of Art, working between the worlds of painting and miniature model making, exploring both the intimate and the imaginative. Her Miniature creations draw inspiration from the childhood books such as the 'Brambly Hedge' series illustrated by Jill Barklem and the book 'Sally on the High Street' written and illustrated by Alice Melvin, inviting viewers to imagine themselves as small enough to live within these whimsical spaces and lean in to child-like wonder. In her oil paintings, Keziah turns inward, using self portraiture to examine perception, identity and the dynamics between the viewer and the viewed. Her work navigates the tension between looking in and looking out, inviting ourselves to reflect on how we see ourselves and how we are seen. Through both mediums, Keziah blends meticulous craft with imaginative storytelling, crating worlds that balance introspection with curiosity.
